• Wax modelling: practise carving wax and learn how wax models are used to cast jewellery.
• Finishing and polishing: refine your pieces and check the quality of your work.
• Materials and sourcing: explore Jaipur’s jewellery and gemstone markets to learn about materials and the local trade.

What you can create

Work on more than one design, such as a silver band, a pendant or a more detailed gemstone piece. Your finished projects will depend on your learning pace, the complexity of your designs and the materials you choose.

Materials charged separately

Silver for pieces you take home is not included in the course fee. It is charged at the current silver rate, based on its actual weight, plus a 10% allowance for silver lost during the making process.

Any additional gemstones or materials will be discussed with you before work begins. There are no extra making charges for jewellery produced during the workshop.
